During a Reiki session, I lay hands on and let   universal energy circulate to the area that needs it. Any blockage or disorder whatsoever originally comes from a lack of self-love. Reiki therefore comes to illuminate parts of oneself which have darkened, thus bringing unification of the heart, compassion and restoration of natural capacities self-regulation .

Reiki is used to balance , release and   to harmonize with what is. It is a reminder to oneself, an awakening technique. to the Love that we are.
